    The customer service over the phone is absolutely shocking. I have been having back and forth calls and emails with the events manager about a concert that happened in February, it is now the end of April and I still am at a loss of money from my items being taken and thrown away when I was promised I would receive them once the concert ended. No calls back to my phone when I was told there would be, no manners from the events manager, very poor, rude way to handle my situation which is still not resolved but is hopefully close to being over...

    Very poor customer service. The lady (18th July) at the reception is not the one should put at the reception. Not friendly and not able to represent the local council that willing to help local. Not helpful and not listening at all. Even I point out the error information at website and misleading people but she does not care at all and not even interested to know what is wrong info. display at council website. Good luck holdfast council.
