  I had my 60rh birthday cake made by blue bird bakery last sat night. It was outstanding, and exactly what I wanted. I have being buying from them for the last 30 years and everything is outstanding. Their range of gluten free cakes are also excellent and have become a family favourite.

  I love this bakery and their produce - it's like a 'traditional' country style bakery nestled in an equally hospitable shopping 'centre'. The cakes are beautiful, the staff friendly and accommodating, the coffee is barista quality and it's always busy - a true mark of appreciated quality.

  Ordered a specialty cake for Daughters 18th Bday that she saw on their website. Was made identical to image with loads of shards and an abundance of chocolate bar bits creating a choc-waterfall effect to base of the cake. Could not fault the flavour of this moist light mud cake. Everyone enjoyed and complimented the bakers expertise. Cheers to the baker and professional staff for their assistance. Definitely use again for the next party.
